Neighboring Albany, N.Y. is another common pick among Clarkson grads, along with Burlington, Vt.

Degree Major

A Bachelor of Science in Accounting leads to the highest pay for Clarkson grads ($209K on average per year). Graduates holding a Bachelor of Science in Bachelor of Science (BS / BSc) fare the worst in terms of compensation with an average yearly salary of approximately $40K.


Proficiency in Project Management is common among Clarkson alumni, and when it comes to using it on the job, just under one in three former students report doing so. Clarkson University grads with Budget Management experience garner salaries that are 18 percent more than other grads' salaries. Other prime know-hows include Engineering Design, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
