When it comes to benefits, there is room for improvement — only two-fifths of alumni are paid for vacation and just one-third of alumni for sick time. A strong majority of graduates enjoy benefits like health insurance, while a fair number of respondents receive dental plans, too. A strong majority of grads take advantage of a 401(k) plan.
