The most highly represented industry among alumni is the health care industry. Those with a degree from SJU tend to make $64K.

Jobs

SJU grads who become Information Technology Directors are compensated well above average — these folks are top-earners among their graduating class, usually making $160K yearly. Also notably well-paid are Senior Financial Analysts and Financial Analysts; their salaries approach approximately $62K and about $48K, respectively. Account Managers pick up $40K in financial rewards, representing the lowest-paid position among alumni.

Locations

Upon earning their degree, many SJU grads prefer to remain in Philadelphia; in fact, over a third of grads enjoy the area so much that they find permanent jobs in the city. Princeton is also a common destination for SJU grads and offers the best pay with a median salary of around $76K. Though Exton takes the cake for lowest pay among SJU grads (the median salary is $50K there), it remains a common destination for former students. New York is also a common pick among SJU grads, along with King of Prussia.

Degree Major

Financial compensation is highest for SJU grads with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice (earnings climb to around $100K per year). Graduates holding a Master of Science (MS), International Marketing fare the worst in terms of compensation with yearly salaries of $40K.
