Good communication skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to negotiate and deal with potentially stressful situations in a calm and reasonable manner. These executives are also expected to perform as part of a team that shares a common goal of successful sales.
Those in this position are expected to understand and follow all directions from the team leader/supervisor, and should also exhibit good organizational and writing skills.
