Successful telesales executives must be knowledgeable of the products or services he/she is selling and able to answer any questions clients may have. Good communication skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to negotiate and deal with potentially stressful situations in a calm and reasonable manner. These executives are also expected to perform as part of a team that shares a common goal of successful sales.
Those in this position are expected to understand and follow all directions from the team leader/supervisor, and should also exhibit good organizational and writing skills.
