Sometimes when being new to this kind of work you have to deal with your communication to staff and management and most importantly to the customers. Most time if you don't have management support you have to find a way to win the customer over. If culturally the state are not use to confrontation you have to be able to work with the customers but let them know who is the ''boss''.
