A professional services manager is responsible for supervising all actions within a particular service area. These managers are usually found in businesses where enterprise software and/or other technical products are produced. The main goal of a professional services manager is to serve as the frontline manager on projects, and they must be able to discuss technical and nontechnical aspects of this project with managers, external constituents, and others.
