Job Description for Senior Graphic Designer

Teams that create drawings, backgrounds, lettering, or other original graphics for commercial purposes work in graphic design. A senior graphic designer is often the leader of such teams, and he or she may have one or more junior graphic designers and other support personnel working with him or her. The senior graphic designer typically will be the member of the team who receives the various jobs to be performed and works out the parameters, requirements, and scope of the design. While the designer will normally perform much of this work, he or she will also delegate graphic work to other junior graphic designers on the team, typically suggesting edits to work and giving final approval before their work is submitted.

Senior Graphic Designer in Melbourne:
"Bad hardware can make your day much much harder."
The hardware I was working on in the office was acceptable, but lacked a level of power nessesary for large video or graphics tasks. I worked as well as I could but would have voiced the potential for an upgrade much earlier if I had known it would give me so much trouble. Know your software, but also learn how you can make hardware work for you instead of against. Don't be afraid to request a potential upgrade to some system elements (such as graphic cards) if it will save you hours of work over the coming months.

Senior Graphic Designer in Albury:
"It Doesn't Pay As Well As You Think."
Be cautious before you enter the field and make sure you build up plenty of skills.
