Pros: I love working around the high end vehicles - both Porsche and Bentley. I appreciate the training provided from all manufacturers and the dealership. I enjoy building and maintaining our websites. I have enjoyed organizing, planning and running the events for Chellingworth and through customer feedback have discovered I've done so very well. Cons: Lack of communication between some staff makes certain things difficult. Certain pressure to manage all front of house staff without proper training, I don't mind looking after the ladies and making sure there is always someone available but I haven't been trained for this.
