Change management managers coordinate and help facilitate changes to and transitions for essential business process and/or technical systems within an organization. They are the single point of contact for all issues/questions related to changes within an organization. Change management managers are responsible for reviewing, logging, initiating, authorizing, planning and implementing all requests for change (RFCs).
