A registered care home manager is usually a registered nurse who organizes and directs home care services while also having experience in nursing and community health education. Those in this position may either work alone or manage other nurse-aids to ensure that patients are well cared-for when it comes to medical and health-related needs. Generally, they build plans to direct services to meet all needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
