Pros: There are not a lot of things that target does well for its employees that are across the board in all stores. What I enjoy about target are the people I work with and the 5% 401k match.
Cons: As a leader at target I dislike the unrealistic goals given to team leaders to complete tasks and a willingness to allow the overall store to suffer in order to reach payroll goals.
