Great company to develop up to mid career. Sadly, they do not pay competitively in comparison to other local companies which forces people to leave the company. Too much political correctness causes red tape!
Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist in Seattle:
Good: Pay, decent opportunities, medical insurance, union benefits, light duty work, employee discounts, educational tuition & coverage. Bad: Poor operational practices, abysmal leadership, management, company direction, union representatives, political, poor company process, absolutely no accountability (thanks union)

Pros: Work flexibility and the people I work with.
Cons: The bureaucracy and length in decisionmaking.
Great place and company to work for.

Cons: Very big company.

Pros: It has a strong reputation in the Aerospace and Defense sector.
Cons: Job security is always a chip on the shoulder and constant program re-organization is a distraction for productive engineers.
Leadership style is like 2face from batman.

Pros: Even though I am not credited with it. I function as an ME, MMO, And QS. I proof engineering work for correction. I function as the catch all while the company profits off my back.
Cons: Leadership.
Software Engineer:
Pros: Benefits, prestige of company name/brand.
Cons: Location and distance from home.
