Cons: The managers don't treat you very well and they expect the impossible. Some of their demands just cannot be met in a safe manner.

Cons: High stress environment. Few succeed.
In the past ups has given raises only to turn around & taken the money back.

Pros: I’m glad to still be working but very disappointed that I’m unable to get ahead with these hourly pay rates decreasing
Cons: Same as above! I honestly don’t mind the work but it’s quite frustrating to know that my pay rate will decrease instead of increase as time moves forward
