Bilingual Customer Service Representative Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative?

Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Bensenville:
"Professional atmsophere."
Pros: I enjoy how kind and understanding my coworkers and management are towards working with my school schedule. I value the investment they place on my education and the skills that I've created and continue to work on in the job atmosphere.
Cons: I like least how I am underemployed because I am a young, student worker looking to gain some experience. I have some great computer skills that have yet to be more developed with company projects or tasks. If I'm going to be getting paid below market, I may as well apply to a job where I can expand upon experience for my current major.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Caldwell:
"Stress and respect level."
Pros: I like some of my coworkers and how some customers can be understanding.
Cons: The management is not the best. The owner of the franchise is quite frankly extremely rude and infuriating. They insult the workers and embarrass them in front of the rest of the employees. I speak from personal experience and from viewing my coworkers get insulted and embarrassed. There are many customer complaints because the workers and scolded for making too much food. We are then told to make less, which causes longer wait time for customers and thus the customers tend to be unhappy.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Santa Clara:
"I LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOBS AND HELPING PEOPLE."
Pros: I LOVE BEING ABLE TO WORK AT MY OWN PACE AND HELPING OTHERS.
Cons: SOME PEOPLE ARE VERY IMPATIENT AND DON'T UNDERSTAND THERE ARE OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO WERE AHEAD OF THEM THAT NEED ANSWERS AND ASSISTANCE TOO.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Pinecrest:
Pros: Customer service, the interaction with regular customers.
Cons: No growth opportunities and the commute is far.
