A clinical nurse manager is a higher-level, managerial position in a hospital. You are no longer performing numerous shifts taking care of patients, but you are involved more in the coordination of nurses and in hospital management. You are responsible for creating schedules for the nurses working underneath you, in addition to fielding complaints and questions from any of them.
