Pros: The weather is always good, the people are friendly and nice.
Cons: It's expensive. Everything costs more and the pay is less than the mainland.

Pros: I like the consistently changing environment, in terms of different jobs at hand. Whether low voltage wiring, on site computer troubleshooting and repair there is always a challenge to overcome. I also love being surrounded by the constantly developing field of technology.
Cons: One downside to my position with my current company, is that I do not get compensated for several things. Time driven, gas, personal vehicle miles, are all expenses that are not returned. I also have no schedule, totally and completely on call with no pre-established jobs.
