"Youth in IT."
Pros: I like the consistently changing environment, in terms of different jobs at hand. Whether low voltage wiring, on site computer troubleshooting and repair there is always a challenge to overcome. I also love being surrounded by the constantly developing field of technology.
Cons: One downside to my position with my current company, is that I do not get compensated for several things. Time driven, gas, personal vehicle miles, are all expenses that are not returned. I also have no schedule, totally and completely on call with no pre-established jobs.

Not trusted by upper management to have access to our systems. Micro managed. Overly secure to the point it is very time consuming to do my job, sometimes impossible. Lack of equipment to support the agency. Communication throughout the agency is non existent at best. No management on site. Not trusted to have supervisory tasks though I am qualified. Discrimination by my director. Favoritism towards my directors local employees.
