Job Description for National Sales Representative

National sales representatives are responsible for selling product or services on behalf of their company on a national scale. They are in charge of increasing sales figures by finding new customers and demonstrating product and/or service value. National sales representatives must be able to explain technical characteristics of products to a general audience, as well as use a personal computer to keep accurate records of sales and interactions with existing and prospective clients.
