Warehouse associate must have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, as well as be detail-oriented. A key component of this job is what is called “working clean,” or creating and maintaining a clean working environment. Warehouse work of this nature frequently involves assembly-line duties that require maximum efficiency; clutter detracts from this.
