Be sure you communicate and pay attention to parents.

Cons: Administration, Event Planning, and Leadership Correction.

Youth Pastor in Silver Spring:
"Very Rewarding To Sow Into The Next Generation."
Pros: To see students grow in their relationship with Christ.

Youth Pastor in Riverview:
"Up And Down. Largely Satisfying."
Pros: Working with students and seeing them take ownership of their faith. Watching adults that I'm investing in take more and more responsibility and seeing them invest in the students. I enjoy preparing sermons and delivering them to the students. Brainstorming ideas and working with a team is fun.
Cons: The constant search for volunteers as we gain some and lose some. The struggle to have a consistent budget for a years worth of ministry. The challenge of growth in number outpacing the growth of depth and quality of volunteer. Space is becoming an issue for both kids on Sundays and youth on Wednesdays.
