Human Resources (HR) Assistant Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Human Resources (HR) Assistant?

Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Johannesburg:
"A Day In The Life Of A HR Assistant At Avon."
Pros: The fact that I'm never bored, there's always something to do. Working with the different individuals and their different personalities; the diversity. Starting something from scratch and seeing it to the end. Seeing happy and satisfied employees because of something that I managed to help them with. Being entrusted by Associates to provide them with the correct information and required assistance.
Cons: The team I work amongst. The work load sometimes gets too much. The ever-changing operating procedures. The management style. Being kept in the dark about certain things that I feel I need to know. For example, my future with the company. The fact I'm not a permanent employee when I feel that I've proven myself thus far.
