Store Manager (Unspecified Type) in Ebbw Vale:
"Working At H&B."
Pros: Helping people. My staff and I are very motivated and helpful. I have a good relationship with my colleagues.
Cons: Non-flexible. Stressful. Spoken to like rubbish by customers. I have to work every single Saturday unless on annual leave. Targets are unrealistic. It's very hard to get a bonus, high levels of theft.
