Job Description for Hardware Engineering Manager
Hardware engineering managers oversee a variety of tasks and obligations across multiple engineering units and are primarily responsible for implementing and guiding the development of new products from theory to production. To do this, they must coordinate schedules across the groups they manage and utilize milestone goals, criteria, and deadlines which their development teams will be required to meet. They also prepare detailed weekly reports on the progress made by their teams and coordinate with exterior contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers, and in-house staff to maintain incoming supplies related to projects.Read More...
