  • Support logistics during warehouse/department moves, retrofitting and other equipment changes.
  • Manage and track warehouse/department productivity and labor expenses and weigh results against established goals
  • Analyze cost efficiency of project methods and develop cost cutting processes for inventory control, production record systems and staffing.
  • Design and implement warehouse/department floor layouts and workflows to maximize efficiency and prevent bottlenecks.
