Information Technology (IT) Project Coordinator Reviews

Q: What is it like working as an Information Technology (IT) Project Coordinator?

Information Technology (IT) Project Coordinator in Atlanta:
"High Intensity."
Pros: The exposure and experience to different types of technology was nice and a great experience.
Cons: There is no ladder to climb or incentives to do better at your job. Raises are dependent upon available money determined by politicians, which usually never happens. Employees take on additional responsibilities of individuals that leave the agency but those employees are never compensated for the additional work that they take on. We receive comp time but are criticized when we try to use it, and when we do we come back to a pile of work.
