Paralegal Supervisor Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Paralegal Supervisor?

Paralegal Supervisor in North Little Rock:
Pros: People I work with, making slight decisions, helping make major decisions for the office, when my supervisor ask me for help. My Supervisor and Attorney work well with me, we have an understanding. When ill or have parenting things to get done, they will work with me for time off.
Cons: When employees don't follow the rules. Having to calm clients down on the phone and in person. Attorney not completing task he needs to get done. Senior Paralegal comes in late and the office had a melt down before she gets there. Not being able to decide who get hired and fired. Having the dirty work of firing someone when the decision is made to fire them. Office meetings are never a success.
