Job Description
People with the job title Physical Therapist (PT) typically fall into one of the following PayScale standard occupations.
Perform and document an initial exam, evaluate medical records and physician's referral and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention. Administer manual exercises, massage or traction to help relieve pain, increase patient strength or decrease or prevent deformity or crippling. Record prognosis, treatment, response and progress in patient's chart or computer. Discharge patient from physical therapy when projected outcomes have been attained and provide for follow-up care or referrals.

I finally found out why men make more money than women, they ask, it is that simple. I noticed a male colleague talking to our supervisor every single time he did anything for our department. It didn't matter how small the project or even if someone else might have done most if not all of the work. So when he asked for a raise, he got it.
I began doing the same thing and encouraged the other women in the department to do the same but they would not. I now make more money (~$10,000.00) than...
