The earning potential of graduates with a 2-year degree from Boise State University (BSU) for early career median salary rises appreciably after 10 or more years of experience. Although Idaho State University graduates have a slightly lower median early career salary, the median mid-career salary of ISU graduates is often higher than that of BSU alumni. About 30 percent of associate degrees from Idaho State University are in STEM subjects.
