Marketing & Business Development Manager Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Marketing & Business Development Manager?

Marketing & Business Development Manager in Dubai:
"Business growth depends on Marketing strategies."
Pros: - Association with influencers. - High engagement with creative people. - Avoiding a fixated-mindset. - Growing a business in many different forms that has never been troed before. - Admire artists, which I am in contact with a lot! - Using other people's visions as an inspiration to market the products. - Interactiing with people. Being outgoing and socializing is like oxygen for me. - Creating ideas and brain storming every single second. - Meeting new important people.
Cons: Developing needs a lot of time and enegry, but because it is happening mostly over a computer it is downgraded and it doesn't pay much. At least in my current company. Digital marketing is a critical factor in any company, big or small, although not many employers willig to pay more attention to social media and digital markets.
