The retail sales consultant is responsible for ensuring customers have an optimal experience as they select products and services. They ensure that the sales areas are clean and organized in accordance to store policy, and they need to follow store display and plan-o-gram instructions to ensure product is displayed correctly. Other responsibilities include keeping current on the features and benefits of products for sale, as well as educating other sales consultants as needed.
