Job Description for Nursing Instructor

Nursing instructors perform a variety of tasks related to instructing nursing students. They are in charge of teaching assigned classes and developing coursework needed to instruct students in the program. They also support their organization's director and the coordinator of the teaching faculty in organizing the nursing instruction program and implementing the program's standards. Nursing instructors must also stay up to date on their medical education so they can properly instruct their students in the most up-to-date methods and standards.
