A front office manager is a hands-on leadership role in which the manager oversee a variety of employees' performance, ensuring that they interacting with customers professionally and in line with company policy. The front office manager should also be able to effectively handle problems such as customer complaints or disputes among subordinates. In addition to day-to-day oversight, this individual must develop strategies to increase employee morale and customer satisfaction.
