Assistant Restaurant Manager in Browns Mills:
Pros: I enjoy working directly with customers as well as interviewing, hiring and training new crew members.
Cons: I do not like that the focus has shifted from providing high quality service and product to sales numbers, labor costs and speed of service, even to the detriment of the guest experience, leading to lower volume sales as word spreads that crew and managers are unable to resolve certain issues due to recent rules put into place.
It is very busy.
