Pros: The young people who give it there all.
Cons: The respect level they have for people they perceive less important.
Distribution Center (DC) Operations Supervisor:
Management should be paid more than the union drivers make annually. I have been an onroad supervisor for several years now and about a third of the drivers I am in charge of take home more money than I do in a year!
Research Analyst, Operations:
Pros are good health care, retirement benefits, decent bonus, stable employment, and good vacation package. Cons are lower salary, bad career management, extremely slow at promoting for technical positions. Management is good at getting results but not good at evaluating talent. Also need to deal with constant management changes. On 4th change this year. People are great and is a fun place to work.
Hectic.

Pros: There is a high amount of comradery among coworkers.
Cons: High amount of tension on a daily basis.
