Pros: The people, both customers and coworkers.
Cons: The people, see above. Some are just horrible.

Pros: It had great oppurtunies for staff and employees _and they were informative and helpful.
Cons: They lost focus on employees then politics set in special benefit we used to received slowly disappeared and veteran employees were getting pick on and terminated for company gain.

Pros: The customers.
Cons: Lazy employees, doing my job and everyone elses, promised promotions ive never received, ridiculous work hours. Management picks out all flaws instead of helping to succeed. Stressful.

Pros: When a customer ask me to help them find something and they comment on how much they really appreciate the help.
Cons: Not getting the respect from some of the customers. Some managers treating me like dirt.

Pros: I enjoy our regular customers. I have seen our companies growth and new customer generations grow. Its like a new family. As my personal family is smaller. New technology, being able to teach at my age.
