Being able to run meetings, create presentations, and create informational charts indicating where processes are lacking in efficiency will help on the job immensely.
Having a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is a great way to begin preparing to become a business process/management consultant. More advanced/senior consultant positions may require a master’s degree and more extensive work experience in a related position or field.
