"The organization has a good corporate culture."
Pros: I mostly liked the opportunity to have input into the local organizations development, growth and strategy. The development of our management team and support staff is important to helping the organization to move forward and for employees to feel a sense of empowerment and belonging.
Cons: Sometimes the communication from our corporate head office was a bit slow. Cultural differences.
