What is it like working as a Crew Leader?
Crew Leader in Kent:
"Worst job going"
Pros: Nothing. It's awful.
Cons: Everything. The staff are rude, the store is filthy, we aren't all made aware of any changes to the store or how to adapt to them, never receive sick pay.
