This position is must be a leader for other employees and not only drive, but monitor the growth and performance of goals. A minimum of an Associate degree with five year experience in management and banking is required, and a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred. In addition, a Branch Manager must both register, and maintain a license with The National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. This is done so the branch can operate in compliance with the S.A.F.E (Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing) Act.
