They are in charge of evaluating hardware and software platforms, analyzing their performance, and recommending changes based on their experience and project requirements. Heads of IT and infrastructure provide leadership by motivating a group of computer specialists in the creation and implementation of support management systems. They also evaluate project status and report their progress to upper management within their company.
