Job Description for Infection Control / Employee Health Coordinator

  • Manage basic first aid care and health screening to employees in compliance with federal, state and professional standards.
  • Coordinate TB screening or flu vaccinations when necessary.
  • Plan, administer and evaluate health safety standards and programs to improve employee health, conferring with health department and industry personnel.
  • Assess and evaluate healthcare activities throughout the company.
  • Promote and coordinate employee programs that aid in the prevention of injuries, diseases and basic healthcare principles.
