"Learn About The Technical Aspect Of Your Job."
Exercise initiative. The only way to grow is to learn so learn more about your field of journalism especially the technical aspect of it. E.g if you work at a tv news station, learn how to produce the newscast or how to edit video footage. It goes a long way.
