Lead computer software engineers for applications are responsible for leading the development of software applications within their organization. They are in charge of facilitating communication among engineers, developers, and other technical staff on project requirements and information, as well as helping motivate their peers to meet all project goals while minimizing use of company resources. Additionally, these engineers review software code to make sure it meets project specifications, as well as process applications to search for bugs and review memory consumption features.
