As a Director of Marketing AND the mother of 3 boys it hasn't always been easy to balance both. I am responsible for managing marketing and our reservations department, so I have to be in the office more than other marketing positions. Once the departments were running smoothly I spoke with our CEO about working from home at least one day a week on a trial basis to see if my job improved or suffered.
