Medical science liaisons present data from clients to healthcare organizations and professionals, which may include hospitals, pharmacists, and general practitioners. They identify and present research opportunities when available to support clients' products and customers. Additionally, medical science liaisons help develop protocol and administer proposals when necessary, as well as train sales personnel, providing them with up-to-date knowledge of products and its uses.
