Pros: I like that I can grow facial hair. My boss will actually back me up. I am on my own on my shift, and able to work at my own pace, and make my own calls.
Cons: The less than livable wage. There are nights when guests can be stressful, and even dangerous. There is next to no communication between other shifts and mine about what is going on, or where to find certain supplies.
