The president of a non-profit organization provides strategic vision and leadership consistent with the organization’s mission statement. The president works collaboratively with the founder and the board to ensure that the organization's fiscal operations and fundraising/marketing strategies are effectively implemented across all segments of the organization. He/she is also responsible for ensuring that the flow of funds allows the organization to make continuous progress, and that they are allocated properly to reflect consideration for both present and future needs.
