I think that I should be making more than what I am. I have been with the company 10 years. I work in my area and every where else they need me. If you miss more than 7 days a year you could get fired. I think that it not fair. You can not help if you get sick or your child gets sick. There are alot of single parents today. I got into a heated argument with a quality tech about some oil on a part, then the next thing I know was, either resign or we will terminate you.i have been with this company 16 years, and I have never been in any trouble plus, we do employee surveys every year and i have been the highest rated supervisor for the last 6 years.
