T-Mobile - Best place to work?

I think not. I currently make $13.50/hr and it doesn't seem like enough for everything that I do. For the first 2 years of my career with Tmobile, I was working horrible hours with no weekends off. My days off were Tuesday and Wednesday. I missed out on a lot. The first raise I received in my first year with the company was 12 cents. This is unbelievable!!
