Those with a B.A. in Psychology face salaries on the lower end, coming in at an average approximately $42K per year.


Project Management is a common skill among Marquette alumni — just under a fifth of grads mention using it at work. Former Golden Eagles with Leadership experience garner salaries that are 71 percent more than other grads' salaries. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Engineering Design are among other dominant skills.

Benefits and Perks

Though vacation and sick days are paid for some, these benefits are reported by the minority of graduates (two-fifths of alumni and one in four survey participants, respectively).
