Marquette alumni are often well versed in Project Management, with close to a fourth of grads ending up in jobs that require this skillset. Former Golden Eagles who have experience with Operations Management can expect to make 58 percent more than other alumni (around $109K on average). Data Analysis, Microsoft Office, and Engineering Design are desirable skills as well.

Benefits and Perks

Just under half of the graduates do get paid time off for vacation, but only about one in four survey participants get paid sick time. Health coverage is awarded to a large number of former students, and dental insurance is issued to a strong majority of graduates as well. Most former students set aside retirement funds in an employer-sponsored 401(k). Marquette University grads also enjoy benefits like a casual working environment, life insurance, a company-subsidized cell phone, and flexible hours.
