A Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (EE) leads to the highest pay for Marquette grads (about $125K on average per year). Average annual salaries for those with a B.A. in Advertising are the lowest of the pack, earning $33K.


Project Management is a popular skill among Marquette alumni, with approximately one in six workers reporting using it on the job. Leadership commands a pay premium of 71 percent for former Golden Eagles. Other top skills include Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Financial Analysis.

Benefits and Perks
