Marquette alumni belong to a wide range of sectors. A few fields in which grads tend to find work include the health care industry, the financial services industry, and the medical device manufacturing industry. A graduate with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (EE) from Marquette can rake in a whopping average $125K per year, more than any other degree from this school. Ranking last in the compensation department are those holding a B.A. in Psychology — their annual income amounts to about $42K on average.


Many Marquette grads have knowledge of Project Management, with nearly one-sixth of alumni using this program on the clock. Former Golden Eagles with Leadership experience garner salaries that are 71 percent more than other grads' salaries. Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) rank among leading skills as well.

Benefits and Perks

A lucky minority (about two-fifths of alumni) are fortunate enough to be compensated for vacation while just one-fourth of alumni get sick time. For this school, most alumni are the recipients of health benefits, and a strong majority of survey participants pick up dental plans, too. A large number of alums save up for retirement through a 401(k) plan. Marquette University grads are also lucky enough to receive life insurance, a casual working environment, a company-subsidized cell phone, and tuition reimbursement.
